The project at William Jessup University consists of two phases.
The first phase consisted of converting a 100,000 square foot warehouse into three dormitory buildings, by removing sections of the walls and roof structure of the warehouse. A two-level classroom and administration building was also built, as well as the student-union, bookstore and post office.
The second phase added additional student apartments.
