Market Square at Arden Fair

This design build project was a remodel of 40,000 square feet of retail space adjacent to the Arden Fair Mall. The space was converted from a food court to a mini-mall catering to small specialty shops. Our work included demolition, lighting, power and telephone conduits to the future tenant spaces and a service change. The existing service supplied tenant outside of the remodeled area. The service change was made during off hours so that the existing tenant were not disrupted during store hours.
