Downtown Plaza, located in Sacramento, California, encompasses six city blocks completely renovating the existing K Street Mall. This project consisted of enclosing the mall, adding a second story, doubling the leasable space, renovation of existing tenant spaces, a new below ground parking structure, and re-lighting of existing five level parking structures, replacing over 2,000 fixtures. Also included in the project is the addition of six new services ranging in size between 2,300 and 4,000 amps. All businesses remained open during construction. During the design stage, we worked very closely with project engineers assisting in site surveys and preliminary design.
