This project consists of a nine story hospital building of approximately 300,000 square feet. A four story parking structure was constructed simultaneously with the hospital. There is a full time OSHPD inspector on site reviewing construction on a daily basis. Specialty systems include automatic audio-visual nurse call, visual nurse call, cardiac arrest nurse call systems, security, fire alarm, televisions, intercommunication and public address systems. The electrical service consists of parallel 4000A, 480V services with two 1250 KW generator sets and paralleling gear. The project includes site work for the entire project.
