This project consisted of the remodel of an existing building and the addition of two new buildings. Building 1 includes the renovation of the kitchen, bringing the bathrooms into ADA compliance, adding storage, and replacing the A/C units.
Building 2 was new construction of office and administrative space.
Building 3 was new construction of a Maintenance Training Work bay, unheated storage, controlled waste handling and flammable material storage.
