This is a remodel of four (4) existing retail warehouses with approximately 170,000 square feet total. To date we have completed the following scope of work: Repaired Main Switchboard-D2, performed electrical upgrades, remodeled and upgraded old light fixtures with new more efficient and economical light fixtures, upgraded the assembly conveyors, added an additional electrical and data room in Building D. Additionally, we are providing continual preventive maintenance for all four buildings.
