Norman Nutter – President
Mr. Nutter has been in the electrical industry for over 31 years. He started working for Harold E. Nutter, Inc. in 1975 and in 1980, he took over the day-to-day operations. In 1989, Norman bought the remaining interest in the business and at that time the company became known as Harold E. Nutter & Son, Inc.
Scott Nuzman – Chief Estimator
Mr. Nuzman has worked in the electrical construction industry since 1985. In 1986, he came to work for Nutter Electric, and was made Chief Estimator in 2000. He currently manages the Estimating Department at Harold E. Nutter & Son, Inc., working with the Engineering Department in regards to Design Build projects and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to secure pricing for projects.
Paul Smith – Senior Project Manager
Mr. Smith has over 20 years experience in the electrical construction industry, and has been working for Nutter Electric since 1995. Originally hired as a Journeyman Electrician, Mr. Smith was rapidly promoted to Foreman, and currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Harold E. Nutter & Son, Inc. Mr. Smith has design build experience working on office, hospital, casino, and university projects. Some of the projects Mr. Smith has been involved in include Cache Creek Casino Resort, Apple Inc., Hewlett Packard Daisy TI, University of the Pacific, and Methodist Hospital, Sacramento.
Paul Durham – Senior Project Manager
Mr. Durham has over 20 years experience in the electrical construction industry, and has been working for Nutter Electric since 1993. Originally hired as a Journeyman Electrician, Mr.
Durham was rapidly promoted to Foreman, and currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Harold E. Nutter & Son, Inc. Mr.
Durham has design build experience working on Federal projects with the Army
Corps of Engineers. Some of the projects Mr. Durham has been involved in include
Napa Valley Wine Train Relocation, Ft. Irwin Barracks Complex, and Beale
AFB Child Development Center.
Stacy King – Senior Project Manager, Manpower and Safety Coordinator
Mr. King started his career in the electrical industry in 1987. In 1993, he was hired as an apprentice at Harold E. Nutter & Son, Inc. After completing his apprenticeship, Mr. King was quickly promoted to Foreman. As a Foreman with Nutter Electric, Mr. King ran several large, complex projects, including the Folsom Dam Generator Building project. Currently, he is a Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing several fast paced projects and technically challenging installations for the Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (PAHCS) and ROIC, as well as managing retail and supermarket projects like Costco, Lowe’s, Target, Raleys’ and Kohl’s. In addition to his project management duties, Mr. King oversees the continuing implementation of our company safety program, and our field manpower staffing needs.
Josh Bishop – NIS Division Manager
Mr. Bishop has worked for Harold E. Nutter & Son, Inc. since 1999 when he was hired as an apprentice Electrician. Soon thereafter, Mr. Bishop became involved in Nutter Integrated Services. Now he is the NIS Division Manager. His project history includes work at the San Francisco International Airport, Las Vegas McCarren Airport, and at Beale Air Force Base. Mr. Bishop also oversees the design-build of specialty and data projects.
